Welcome to Lady Fancy Wholesale. This website is operated for business-to-business (B2B) wholesale customers only. By accessing our website, applying for a wholesale account, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale access may be subject to business verification and approval by Lady Fancy Wholesale. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or close wholesale accounts at our discretion.

Products and Pricing
All prices displayed are wholesale prices unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary by product, SKU, order quantity, and applicable volume pricing tier. Product availability, colours, fabrics, size ranges, and prices may change without prior notice.

Minimum Orders
Our standard opening minimum order is 5 complete size runs/series unless otherwise stated for a specific product or offer. The number of pieces contained in each series may vary by product.

Orders
Submission of an order does not automatically constitute final acceptance. Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and final approval by Lady Fancy Wholesale. We reserve the right to contact the buyer regarding unavailable items, quantities, or necessary order adjustments.

Payment
Buyers are responsible for completing payment according to the payment method and terms confirmed for their order. Orders may not be prepared or dispatched until the required payment has been received or otherwise approved by Lady Fancy Wholesale.

Shipping, Customs and Import Charges
Product prices do not include shipping costs unless specifically stated. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Import duties, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and any other destination-country charges are also the responsibility of the buyer. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, fabrics, colours, and images are accurate. Minor differences in colour, measurements, fabric appearance, or production may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances.

Returns and Claims
Wholesale orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Buyers must inspect shipments promptly after delivery and report any eligible issue within the period stated in that policy.

Resale
Products purchased from Lady Fancy Wholesale are intended for legitimate commercial resale. Buyers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, labelling requirements, consumer obligations, and tax requirements applicable in their own country or market.

Intellectual Property
The Lady Fancy name, logo, product photography, catalogue materials, website content, graphics, and other brand assets may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Responsibility
Lady Fancy Wholesale is not responsible for delays, additional charges, customs actions, delivery disruptions, or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect buyer information, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on this website at the time of an order will apply to that transaction.
