Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Lady Fancy Wholesale supplies international B2B orders from Istanbul, Türkiye. Our standard delivery term is FCA. DDP delivery is available only for eligible destinations under a separate written quotation. All delivery terms refer to Incoterms® 2020.

1. Standard delivery: FCA

Orders are supplied FCA at the agreed handover point in Istanbul, Türkiye. The exact address and delivery point are stated in the quotation and order confirmation.

Lady Fancy handles export customs clearance and bears the costs and risks up to delivery at that point. If delivery takes place at our premises, we load the goods onto the collecting vehicle arranged by the buyer. If another handover point is agreed, we deliver the goods on our vehicle, ready for unloading, to the carrier or person nominated by the buyer.

After FCA delivery, the buyer bears the transport risks and arranges and pays for onward carriage. The buyer is responsible for transit and import clearance, customs duties, applicable import taxes including import VAT, and destination clearance or brokerage fees. International shipping and these import charges are not included in the FCA goods price.

2. Optional duties-paid delivery: DDP

On request, we check whether DDP delivery can be provided to your destination and issue a separate quotation. Availability depends on the destination, carrier service and our ability to complete the required import and tax formalities. DDP is not automatically included in product prices.

For an accepted DDP order, Lady Fancy arranges transport and export, transit and import clearance, and bears the applicable customs duties, import taxes including import VAT, and agreed clearance charges. We bear the transport risks until the goods are at your disposal at the named destination, cleared for import and ready for unloading. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility unless included in our carriage arrangement.

The agreed DDP charges are included in your written quotation and collected before dispatch. Collecting their cost from you does not transfer Lady Fancy's DDP responsibilities to you. If a carrier requests an import charge already covered by your DDP order, contact us with the notice so that we can resolve it.

3. Quotations, payment and dispatch

Shipping quotations take account of the destination, shipment weight, package dimensions and selected service. Before order acceptance, your quotation specifies the delivery term, exact handover point or destination, included charges, payment schedule and delivery timing.

Goods payment terms remain as stated in your order confirmation. Any outstanding goods balance and agreed DDP delivery charges must clear before dispatch. For FCA orders, the buyer pays the carrier and relevant import service providers or authorities directly.

A change to the destination, shipment details or agreed service requires an updated quotation and written agreement. A general statement that import taxes are payable by the buyer does not apply to an accepted DDP order.

4. Delivery timing

For FCA orders, the carrier handover date is stated in the order confirmation; subsequent transit is arranged by the buyer. For accepted DDP orders, our catalogue delivery window is within three weeks of order confirmation. Confirm destination eligibility and the applicable delivery date with us before ordering.

We will notify you of any production, carrier or customs delay affecting your agreed schedule. Preparing shipping documents does not mean that the goods have been handed to the carrier.

5. Buyer information and enquiries

Please provide complete and accurate company, consignee, delivery and customs information. Additional costs caused by incorrect information will be assessed and communicated in accordance with the agreed delivery term.
